E-Transport Specialist

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field
• Experience as a Transport Planner or in a similar role is considered a plus
• Knowledge of transportation regulations, route planning, logistics, and supply operations
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy

THE MISSION: WHAT WILL AWAIT YOU

• Implement eTransport requirements to ensure the efficient movement of goods and materials in compliance with new regulations
• Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and carriers to obtain the necessary data at the right time to minimize risks
• Collect mandatory masterdata fields from systems (SAP & TMS) and other sources (emails, Excel files exchanged between carriers, suppliers, and eTransport planners)
• Input missing data directly into the eTransport platform
• Work with various sources of data, optimize processes, and gain a comprehensive understanding of end-to-end physical flow processes
• Proactively challenge suppliers and carriers to communicate any changes in physical flows and anticipate any potential impact on shipments
• Stay updated on transportation regulations and ensure compliance with local, national, and international laws
• Track all shipments entering or exiting our country, resolving any issues or delays related to missing data
• Generate UIT codes, monitor any changes, and communicate UIT codes to suppliers and carriers
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and establish best practices
