    Experience in a similar role - minimum 1 year;
    Passioned about human resources - advantage;
    Knowledge of English.


    Promoting recruitment services and job opportunities to potential candidates during calls;
    Calling candidates and presenting the details of the vacancies in order to attract them in the recruitment process;
    Offering information about job openings, application procedures, company policies, and other relevant details to callers;
    Conducting initial screenings of candidates over the phone to assess their qualifications, skills, and suitability for specific job roles;
    Updating and maintaining accurate records of all interactions, including call logs, candidate details, and feedback;
    Working closely with other members of the recruitment team to ensure a seamless recruitment process and achieve team goals;
    Meeting or exceeding performance targets related to call volume, call quality, customer satisfaction, and other key metrics.
