Team Leader Test Center

Your new role will include a new set of challenges and opportunities:

• Planning and coordinating Test Center tasks;
• Counterpart for project teams to Test Center;
• Engineering on Testbenches;
• Detailed failure support on testbenches;
• Project specific adaptions;
• Measurement set up and parametrization (e.g. Dewetron, CAN);
• Adaptions and programming of automation files;
• Planning of new functions for testbenches;
• Performance and monitoring of tests;
• Organize laboratory logistics;
• Ensure trainings for operators / test executors;
• Ensure environment and operational safety.

We are actively seeking candidates who meet the following requirements:

• Experienced in Electronics or Power Electronics;
• System testing knowledge;
• Hardware equipment handling know-how: oscilloscopes, climatic chambers...;
• Quality and safety-oriented;
• Ability to drive and coordinate technical and logistic activities;
• Ability to coach and/or train people;
• University degree in Electrotechnics or Electrical Engineering.
