    Requirements

    1. Bachelor's Degree in finance or accounting;
    2. Fluent English;
    3. Very good knowledge of accounting standards and local regulations ( CECCAR qualification is a plus);
    4. Over 3 years of experience in accounting (preferably in an accounting office). Experience in real estate market and with retailers is a plus;
    5. Analytical thinking, discipline, results driven;
    6. Drive, determination and influencing abilities;
    7. Excellent computer knowledge and ability to work with special accounting software;

    Responsibilities

    Main responsibilities are:

    1. Review and accounting of documents according to local law regulations;
    2. Responsible for the accurate booking of all journal entries and accounting documents into the general ledger for allocated clients;
    3. Responsible for drawing up the annual financial statements;
    4. Review and checks the accuracy of journal vouchers, payroll records, ledgers ,etc…;
    5. Responsible for drawing up the declarations (in particular PIT, CIT, VAT) due to local regulations;
    6. Following month-end closing procedures;
    7. Maintaining correspondence with the customers;
    8. Handling tax and accounting audits under the supervision of the manager ;
    9. Reports in a financial and accounting software of the accounting system at customers request;
    10. Cooperating and supervising over junior accounting consultant/s;
    11. Reporting to the manager of the Branch.
