Senior Business Systems Analyst

Euro-Testing Software Solutions is a privately-owned software company specialized in Full-Service Software Testing, Penetration Testing, Vulnerability Identification & Management, Application and Data Security, Static & Dynamic Code Analysis as well as, DevOps/DevSecOps, Robotic Process Automation, Implementation and Customization for Atlassian and Micro Focus (HPE) products.

• 5+ years experience in business & system analysis;
• English (spoken and written) at proficient level ;
• Highly appreciated experience with processes related to brokerage products;
• Experience in an Agile environment using tools like JIRA and Confluence;
• Good communication & presentation skills;
• Fluent in SQL and Database systems;
• Advanced knowledge of REST APIs and previous experience in designing interfaces;
• Knowledge of messaging and streaming technologies (IBM MQ / Apache Kafka)
• Have a structured, analytical thinking and come up with new innovative ideas;
• Have experience working on large projects as well as regular changes;

• Understand and, if needed, challenge the requirements from business ;
• Actively participate in all agile ceremonies and software delivery activities ( writing user stories, designing the software, developing code, code reviewing, development shadowing, testing, etc.);
• Design and develop the software product that cover all the basic architectural principles stating from high-volume & low-latency systems to critical systems in a high-availability environment;
• Contribute with the rest of the team to continuous improvements of the development process;
• We are big fans of the quote “We build it, we run it!”. As you can imagine, that means we are Dev-Ops fans, and this can be translated in building and maintaining automated CI/CD pipelines;
• L2/L3 support for live applications;
• Participate actively in software delivery according to Agile SCRUM methodology;
• Offers consultancy to product owner to clarify requirements;
• Assess feasibility, benefits and risks and provide opinions and recommendations;
• Analyze the impact of business requirements on the existing systems and overall IT environment;
• Leads the systems analysis effort inside the squad by providing guidance and act as subject matter expert
• Offer effort estimates during sprint planning activities
• Transform business requirements into functional and non-functional user stories;
• Provide technical specification for the solution
• Participate in the solution design, act as support for development and testing;
• Maintain specifications up to date throughout the project, operating the approved changes;
• Provide post-implementation support to system administrators during stabilization;
• Perform sanity testing;

We are building end-to-end software products using Agile Methodology for 2 Business Divisions in the bank. We are specialists in developing solutions for Corporate Lending, Corporate Cash Management, Trade Finance, Corporate Online Transactions, FOREX transactions, Brokerage & many more. Currently we are extending our product team for brokerage helping customers invest in Stocks, Options, Bonds and Mutual Funds).
