Position overview

We are looking for an Ethernet Software Developer to join our Randstad Digital Romania team in a challenging new project in the automotive field. In this role, you will responsible with developing the Audio Video Bridging (AVB) and Time-Sensitive Networking (TSN) IEEE compliant networking stacks. Also, within this role, you will work closely with project managers, marketing and test team to develop customer facing deliverables, like drivers, networking stacks and example applications. The goal of this project is delivering a production ready software solution for major car manufacturers.

Requirements

At least 5 years of work experience in Embedded development (ANSI C);
Networking knowledge, including standards & protocols;
RTOS experience with focus on driver development is preferred;
Knowledge of software debugging tools, environment & methodology;
Knowledge of TCP/IP protocol is preferred;
Ability to interact customers in meetings, calls and lab sessions;
Fast reactivity and ability to manage crisis (methodology, synthesis, drive, communication);
Strong verbal and written skills in English;
Outstanding attention to detail and observation ability;
Team work;
Master’s degree in Embedded SW.

Design and develop embedded software - Ethernet drivers for our client Ethernet IP, networking stacks like and many more;
Analyze customer requirements and engage with architects to define system solutions;
Perform code and test code reviews, follow software quality standards;
Interact with project managers and product owners.
