Requirements

>> Higher education in Civil Engineering
>> At least B3 English level
>> Good knowledge of MS Office package
>> Active driving license cat B
>> Independence in decision-making, versatility, communication skills
>> High personal culture and ethics
>> Strong knowledge of legislation applied to construction sector
>> Solid knowledge of road construction
>> Solid knowledge in concrete foundation construction
>> Good negotiation skills
>> Experience on wind farms
>> Experience in concrete works
>> Experience in road works

Responsibilities

>> Analyze and study the project's contract specifications and descriptive documents, technical reports and drawings;
>> Gather and request clarifications and details on the project's contract specifications and descriptive documents, technical reports and drawings, in order to clarify doubts and details to define the engineering process;
>> Analyze and prepare studies and remaining documentation specific to each project to propose a more adjusted solution to the Client, complying with technical requirements within the foreseen budgets;
>> To control and ensure the proper costs allocation;
>> Communicate with land owners;
>> Communicate with subcontractors;
>> Communicate with local authorities;
