Philip Morris Romania SRL is our manufacturing factory based in Otopeni and employs more than 1000 people. The factory has recently received a 490 million euro investment in becoming a new tobacco products – HEETS for the IQOS tobacco heating system. The factory serves the international demand of countries as Japan, but also EU countries where IQOS is sold.

QUALIFICATIONS:



• University degree, preferably in Economics/ Business Administration/ Finance/Computer Science;

• Previous experience in Sales, Commercial, Research or Business Strategy, Planning is a plus.

• Strong analytical, conceptual, monitoring & reporting skills;

• Good presentation and communication capabilities;

• Proven ability to plan, run and manage daily/weekly/monthly processes with internal clients;

• Able to provide creative ideas/solutions;

• Very good command of business English;

• Computer literate - MS Office package, with high focus on Excel and PowerPoint.

We are currently looking for outstanding individuals to join our Commercial Operations function as:


BUSINESS REPORTING AND PROJECTS Specialist

(2 years temporary contract)


The main objective of the job is to support the three business stream leaders (Remote Activation, Product Care, Call Center) with relevant analysis & insights, preparation of business reports and presentations. He/she may also be involved in cross – functional/departmental projects to increase the business impact or net promoter score. The position will report to Manager Customer Care and Remote Activation.



RESPONSABILITIES:

• Monitor business KPI & highlight areas for improvement for remote activation team in order to deliver business targets

• Prepare business reporting for all three stream (Remote Activation, Product Care, Call Center) and share with higher management

• Prepare deep dive analysis (considering both numerical & qualitative aspects of the business) in order to increase performance in all stream (business KPI or Net Promoter Score)

• Monitor financial resources usage and ensure adequate tracking and reporting (budgeting)

• Participate in departmental or cross functional projects to deliver business objectives
