Create and manage a procurement/ contract pipeline of new deals and contract renewals, and partner with the Head of Procurement to establish a deal review forum.
Lead the development of Procurement reporting including performance metrics, new opportunities, deals progress, spend data, cost savings.
Lead the development and maintenance of process mapping of key procedures & projects.
Responsible for Procurement risk management oversight, maintain a risk log and lead reviews with the Head of Procurement.
Identify and lead on process enhancement opportunities to support the Procurement agenda.
Manage the vendor due diligence process to ensure we are identifying any material risks to the organization from our supply chain.
Partner with key internal stakeholders within the business, such as Information Security, Data Protection, Architecture and others to gather requirements, develop and implement new processes such as the deal risk gate, so all deals go through the due diligence teams.
Train and support internal stakeholders on new processes and procurement systems as required.
Build strong working relationship across the business, including, Marketing, Product & Engineering, Customer Success, Legal, Finance, Architecture, Information security.
Lead from the front – contribute to the team culture making Procurement, GTDS and Access overall a great place to work.
