Technical Delivery Lead

Overview

We are looking for a Technical Delivery Lead to help us keep all of our CT-Pilot projects on task. In this position, you will take a big-picture approach to management and follow multiple projects from design to deployment. Your responsibilities will include drafting timelines and delegating work to specific team members on the CT-Pilot initiative. The lead's main concern is getting Asana boards to user groups on time, all while maintaining compliance with quality and labor standards. Our ideal candidate has a proven experience in computer science, information technology, or a business field and several years of project planning, Business Analyst, and/or business process management experience. Consulting experience is also beneficial.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with CT-Pilot team members to develop timelines and delivery expectations

Delegate tasks to CT-Pilot team members

Oversee the design, testing, and deployment processes

Intervene when development is behind schedule

Monitor and report on the CT-Pilot initiatives, phases, and delivery status

Attend CT-Pilot stand ups and requirements definition meetings

Manage incoming emails with requirements

Ensure the process meets labor and quality standards

Required Skills:

A bachelor's degree in a computer or business field

Project management experience

Consulting/contracting experience (preferred)

Strong computer and software/platform configuration skills

Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities

Familiarity with both the Waterfall (SDLC) and Agile development models

Experience customising workflows on software/enterprise platforms

Strong Asana software skills
