Construction and Maintainance Manager

· Degree qualified in a technical discipline Civil, Engineering - mandatory
· Experience min. 5 years in a similar role
· Knowledge of the commercial real estate market
· Good knowledge of the English language
· Communication skills and ease of initiating contacts with people

· Valid Driver License

The Construction and Maintainance specialist duties are to:
· Prepare and independently execute commercial projects (fit-out, capex, expansions, redevelopment) according to the standards, including supervision of the performance of construction works according to the regulations of construction law
· Coordinate issues related to recordkeeping and verification of design and technical documentation, including obtaining construction permits and other indispensable permits
· Establish cost estimates and budgets, as well as cost control at individual stages of investments
· Prepare schedules and technical appendices to lease agreements
· Supervise the execution of projects and commissioning of construction and installation works performed by subcontractors, take remediary measures in the case of delays, risk assessment
· Coordinate works related to repairs and maintenance performed at shops and headquarter
· Coordinate the works of fault and post-fault committees related to inspections of commercial premises
· Co-participate in preparing procurement procedures for subcontractors
· Report execution of tasks according to the company’s procedures
· Search for new solutions for designing commercial spaces
