    What we are searching for?
    • Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
    • Technical background, over 2 years of experience in a similar role.
    • Prior experience in Facility management activities, developing activity based budgets and managing subcontractors.
    • Team coordination skill and customer orientation.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently with little supervision, as well as part of a team.
    • Good command of English.
    • Working experience with MS Office.


    What will be your responsibilities?
    • You will be responsible for providing and coordinating preventive maintenance as well as addressing day-to-day service requirements in a timely and cost-effective manner.
    • You will oversee corrective maintenance for common areas and building equipment.
    • Ensure high standards in all operations, repairs, replacements, renewals, and maintenance of building systems and equipment will be part of your responsibilities.
    • Coordinate soft services essential for the property, such as cleaning, landscaping, and security.
    • Your role includes guaranteeing the highest standards in property management and maintenance, delivering quality service to occupants while taking cost factors into account.
    • You will maintain regular communication with tenants and play a crucial role as the primary contact point for advice concerning the day-to-day physical operations of the site.
    • You will coordinate post-warranty repairs and maintaining accurate site records in line with best practices are essential tasks.
    • You will be directly responsible for site-based employees and for their assessment, training and development.
