    Responsibilities

    What you'll be doing:

    Identifying sales opportunities and developing sales and marketing proposals for customers on Payroll solutions and services aligned with the prospective customer's needs;
    Providing strategic guidance to customers by understanding all aspects of their business, existing and future systems, environment, and requirements;
    Maintaining a working knowledge of services and capabilities, incorporating technical advances in presentations to end users;
    Meeting with potential customers to demonstrate payroll products and additional services, with some regional travel required (less than 10% of the time);
    Supporting the overall Commercial function across the full sales cycles, including the creation of commercial proposals, tenders, and quotations.

    Other info

    Candidates ideally have 3+ years of experience in the outsourced payroll sector, or another adjacent professional service sector (HCM, HRIS, SaaS, HR outsourcing). However, we encourage you to apply even if you have less experience.
