Learning&Development Specialist

Responsibilities
Supports the implementation of the Group Learning & Development strategy with regard local business needs
Contributes to the development and implementation of career paths and development programs for key target groups (leadership, talents, employees)
Builds up and manages a talent pool Supports organizational change by systematic learning & development initiatives
Plans, organizes and administers trainings, workshops and coachings Coordinates external trainers and coaches if necessar and manages the E-Learning platform (Skillsoft)
Creates regular reports on development activities
Establishes evaluation tools & processes and monitors the quality of trainings and derives measures for improvement
As a coach and trainer, leads development talks, facilitates workshops, conducts trainings (leadership culture, onboarding)
Builds up and manages a high-quality trainer, coaches and consultants network

Requirements
niversity degree (min. Bachelor) in HR, Organizational Psychology or similar
>3 years experience in an HR development role, ideally in retail industry
Comprehensive knowledge of HR development trends, training and coaching approaches
Experience in implementing of an LMS Experience in developing and implementing Onboarding program
Excellent moderation and presentation skills
Fluent in local language and English
Driving license
