Sales Consulting activates on the HR market since 1998, having a national coverage in several areas of expertise: recruiting and selection assessment center HR market mapping/due diligence projects, personnel leasing, payroll.

Sales Consulting has 2 fully operational branches: Cluj-Napoca (also the head-office) and Bucharest.
We are developing various projects (Recruitment, Training and Consultancy) in some of the most varied type of industries:
- AUTOMOTIVE/PRODUCTION/ENGINEERING (Specialists and Middle & Top Management positions)
- OUTSOURCING (BPO/SSC/CC)
- IT & C (C++, C#, .NET, Java, Linux etc)
- FMCG (sales & purchasing positions; all levels)
- PHARMA (all levels)

We are looking for a Project Manager for a company that operates within the manufacturing industry, particularly focusing on plastic solutions and engineering. The company specializes in providing innovative products and services across various sectors, including automotive, medical technology, and packaging. With a strong emphasis on quality, sustainability, and customer satisfaction.

Experienced Project Manager to manage organization of key client projects.

As our project manager, he will coordinate project teams and processes to ensure that our projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results. He will be the go-to person for everything involving a project’s organization and timeline.

Specific project manager responsibilities include developing detailed project plans, ensuring resource availability and allocation, and delivering every project on time within budget and scope.

Project managers should have a background in business skills, management, budgeting, and analysis. He should be an excellent communicator and comfortable managing multiple tasks. He also needs to be a team player and have a problem-solving aptitude

Position Context:

• Currently, the team consists of 4 Project Managers, and there is a need for one more person.

• The role will involve overseeing both new and ongoing projects.

Role:

• Responsibilities include managing a project from start to end (e.g., serial production) – ensuring that projects start on time and within the initial allocated budget.

• Will coordinate project teams and processes (establishing the team, project concept, project flows, required budget, timing, and periodically monitoring adherence to these).

• Will be the point of contact for all aspects of project organization and scheduling.

Must-have:

• Ability to provide feedback and have an overview of the entire process.

• Team player.

• Mature decision-making ability and exposure.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Advanced English language proficiency.

Nice to have:

• German language (not truly a criterion).
