Sales Specialist - Course Advisor

Currently, We are looking for a Sales Specialist, a Course Advisor as we call it. This is because we don't just sell a course, we provide useful information regarding software development trends, roles, and how our courses can help so that our future students can decide what is best for them to pursue.

We are looking for a person with:
- excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written
- experience in telephone sales
- familiarity with CRM best practices
- commitment and proactive approach
- energy and a doer mindset
- high motivation, determination, and target drivenness

Highly appreciated:
- experience working in a call center or phone sales
- knowledge of the IT industry

What would be your duties:
- directly contacting the sales leads
- presenting the educational offer, consulting, and closing sales
- reaching out to customers by e-mail / SMS
- updating the customer profiles in a CRM
- taking care of customer relations until they onboard a course
