    - At least 2 years of experience as an Account Manager in a business to business services setting
    - Excellent communication, writing, presentations and storytelling skills
    - Demonstrated high performer, proven history of success
    - Excellent organisational abilities with a keen eye for detail
    - Strong data collection and analysis skills
    - Passionate about health and wellbeing
    - Be a team player with a collaborative style
    - Problem-solving and conflict management skills
    - Good command of English verbal and written


    - Developing and maintaining long term relationships with key clients
    - Offering consultancy to companies for implementing the most suitable corporate wellness programs customized according to the
    needs of the employees
    - Understanding the customers needs, economic drivers, strategic business objectives, technical requirements, how their decisions are
    made, their positions in the market, their opportunities and their challenges.
    - Negotiating contracts terms with clients and communicate it with the Sales Manager
    - Fulfilling the revenue objectives of the department while maintaining an optimal degree of customer satisfaction
    - Identifying new directions of business development and new trends for the benefit of the company
    - Monitoring project teams to ensure contracts are executed as agreed
    - Permanently updates the database regarding the clients
