    Cerinte

    knowledge of TCP/IP, ISO/OSI;
    knowledge about the protocols used in communication networks;
    basic knowledge of security technologies (Firewall, IPSec, SSL VPN, etc.);
    basic knowledge regarding the use of operating systems with distributions such as Windows, Linux;
    basic knowledge in configuring switch/router equipment is an advantage;
    organizational skills: communication and collaboration skills, the ability to plan and prioritize tasks, attention to details, teamwork.

    Responsabilitati

    Monitoring and performing ongoing maintenance of servers and network equipment.
    Providing IT support to staff and customers as well as responding to server and network issues.
    Protecting companies' data by preventing data center components from overheating.
    Performing hardware diagnostics and replacing defective parts in a timely manner.
    Conducting research to identify industry trends as well as changes in software and hardware systems.
    Monitoring local area networks, wide area networks and data communication systems to ensure optimal performance.
    Backing up all systems to ensure recovery of important data in case of system failure.
    Administration of infrastructure support level 1 tickets
    Helpdesk activities for infrastructure, users, Windows operating systems
    Network infrastructure monitoring and intervention/escalation to level 2 support for identified incidents
    Installation and decommissioning of network equipment
    Analysis of solutions to make the use of the current communication infrastructure more efficient
    Support regarding integration with other network components
    Support for the implementation and testing of Disaster Recovery services
