How You'll Make an Impact
- Strategic IT Solutions: As an IT Business Partner, you will shape the future by managing IT demand and introducing cutting-edge technology to drive business growth. You will oversee the implementation of impactful IT projects that transform business operations, such as the introduction of new software systems or the optimization of existing processes. - Architect of Innovation: You will be responsible for building and updating our IT architecture and landscape, laying the foundation for a seamless digital experience that empowers our teams. This includes identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing solutions that enhance the user experience. - Catalyst for Collaboration: You will join vibrant IT communities, influencing business decisions and enhancing cross-functional cooperation for amplified results. This includes working closely with various departments to understand their needs and collaborating with IT teams to develop and implement solutions. - Financial Stewardship: You will keep our IT operations optimized and cost-effective, managing IT expenses while delivering top-notch solutions. This includes developing and managing budgets, tracking expenses, and identifying opportunities for cost savings. - Guardian of Security: You will take charge of cybersecurity, ensuring our digital assets are fortified against threats. This includes upholding ISO/IEC 27001 compliance and protecting our digital ecosystem from potential vulnerabilities. - Solution Orientation: You will act as the go-to problem solver, coordinating IT support, swiftly addressing critical issues, and ensuring uninterrupted technology-driven workflows. This includes providing technical assistance and troubleshooting support to users as needed. - Executive-Level Communication: You will engage with leaders, conveying complex IT topics in a clear and impactful manner, fostering alignment and driving informed decisions. This includes presenting information and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders.
What You Bring
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role. - Knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management and IT architectures, including experience with designing and implementing IT solutions.- Basic understanding of ticketing systems such as Jira or Zendesk, ITIL processes, IT operations, and agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban. - Expertise in identifying and addressing system vulnerabilities and security issues, including experience with cybersecurity best practices and standards. - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information in a clear and concise manner. - Fluency in English is mandatory, and proficiency in German is a plus.
