IT Recruiter (Internship)

The company comprises 2 divisions specialized on its core capabilities: ENGINEERING and IT. These two divisions are: ALTEN TECHNO and ALTEN IT.

About the position:

ALTEN ROMANIA invites you to enter the RECRUITMENT INTERNSHIP program, a program in which you will gain valuable hands-on experience in the field of IT recruitment while working closely with our HR team. You will support our recruitment efforts to find the best IT talent for our organization. This internship will provide you the opportunity to learn about the IT job market, talent sourcing, candidate assessment, and recruitment strategies.

If you have recently completed your Bachelor's/Master's degree, are passionate about the Human Resources field, and are eager to consolidate your accumulated knowledge, we warmly invite you to join our team.

What we are looking for:

Recent graduate with a Bachelor's/Master's degree;
Strong interest in IT Recruitment and Human Resources;
Good knowledge of English;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications;
Proactivity and orientation towards solutions;
Team player with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
