    Overview

    We are seeking a Project Manager with a strong background in financial management to join our diverse team. The role's primary focus is to manage the financials of the DXOne program, ensuring that the project delivers within the defined financial constraints. Tasks will include creating, maintaining and tracking of financial plans, financial modelling, managing statements of work and financial health reporting to the leadership team.

    Main Responsibilities:
    • You will be responsible for the financial management and financial health of the DXOne project.

    • Use financial expertise to create and handle financial plans.

    • Track monthly actuals v forecasts and provide health status against approved budgets.

    • Run financial modelling to review options and determine the best course of action.

    • Engage with the Leadership team to constantly review resource requirements and optimize resource strategies.

    • Formally report financial status and health to the Program Manager on a regular basis, articulating risks and outlining recommendation to resolve.

    • Maintain all project artefacts, including plans, RAID, Change Requests and status reports. Ensure data quality is aligned to the LSEG Project Management Framework.

    Required Skills:

    Essential

    • Proficient in project management tools and methodologies.

    • Excellent experience of managing large project budgets, with large project teams.

    • Strong financial competence and experience in budget creation and management.

    • Excellent documentation skills, presenting material to the Leadership teams and Project Board.

    • Experience working successfully with dispersed teams in multiple locations

    • Experience working in an agile organisation

    • Excellent interpersonal and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.

    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to interact effectively at all organizational levels.

    • Excellent problem solving skills, with the ability to react assess problems and provide recommendations.

    Preferred / Nice to have
    • Scrum Master (SM) experience

    • Experience working with GitLab.

    • Experience working with Clarity.
