    Cerinte

    Minimum 1 year of previous experience in a similar role in medical support consultancy or SIUI reporting.
    Knowledge of reporting to the Unique Integrated Health Informatics System in Romania (SIUI).
    Good verbal and written communication skills.
    Ability to learn quickly and apply acquired knowledge effectively.
    Proactive attitude and a desire for professional development.
    Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

    Responsabilitati

    Software Assistance: Provide software support and guidance to customers in resolving queries, issues, or requests related to our product/service.
    Reporting to SIUI: Participate in the reporting process to the Unique Integrated Health Informatics System in Romania (SIUI) under the guidance of mentors or the expert team, ensuring that the provided information complies with specific standards and requirements.
    Efficient Communication: Interact clearly and efficiently with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and online chat, ensuring a precise understanding of issues and providing appropriate solutions.
    Step-by-Step Guidance: Contribute to providing detailed instructions and guidance to customers, including documenting the necessary steps for issue resolution or proper use of the product/service.
    Documentation and Reporting: Assist in recording and documenting detailed customer interactions, including specific reports for SIUI, under the supervision of the expert team.
    Resolution of Complaints: Participate in managing and resolving customer complaints under the guidance of mentors, ensuring an efficient and satisfactory process.
