    Qualifications

    • University degree in Business Informatics, Engineering or Business Administration;
    • 3-5 years of experience within access management or information security and data protection;
    • Able to in-depth understand the local processes, IT systems, SAP role concept, and access rights management;
    • Proficient in common methods of process analysis and description, as well as skills in analyzing authorizations and business processes;
    • Personality and work style as analytical, communicative, assertive, results and customer oriented, autonomous, with a strong sense of quality awareness;
    • Passionate to relieve ordinary business from access management technical issue;
    • Passionate about information security and data protection topics;
    • Ability to work in international teams;
    • English - very good written and spoken languages skills.

    Job Description

    In your role you will have:

    Access Management responsibilities (approximately 2/3 of time):

    • Responsible process expert for Local Authorization Management in Engineering Center Cluj organization, acting as a main expert and consultant for the departments and application owners regarding authorization and access rights in SAP and non-SAP applications;
    • Support the rollout by adapting the IT-roles based on the location specific needs and ensure that the users in the location get the required IT-roles integrally and on-time;
    • Ensure the adaptation and utilization of IT-roles provided by the business unit and coordinate cleanup activities, thereby ensuring risk minimization;
    • Ensures that the IT-roles that are no longer required are revoked on time;
    • Collaborate with departments executives in shaping the new access rights needed;
    • Offer support in authorization topics for internal or external audits;
    • Responsible for delivering training sessions and awareness campaigns  to departments and application owners, focusing on authorization management tools and processes;
    • Consult any employee in authorization issues.

    Information Security and Data Protection responsibilities (approximately 1/3 of time):

    • Support and advise managers and employees on Information Security and Data Protection (ISP) topics;
    • Support the assigned departments with the implementation and continual improvement of our information security management system (ISMS);
    • Support in the handling of data incidents, data breaches, and data subject requests;
    • Perform risks analysis in topics of the information security and data protection;
    • Perform internal ISP audits and other privacy compliance checks to ensure that departments comply with ISP regulations;
    • Collaborate with Data Security Partner (local role) on local ISP tasks, topics, and projects;
    • Support the Data Security Officer (national role) with ad hoc and planned tasks.
