    Qualifications and Skills:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field

    • Minimum of 6 months - 1 year experience in IT Support or similar roles

    • Excellent communication and customer service skills

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Windows operating system software, Active Directory, SCCM etc.

    • Basic Networking understanding

    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.


    Job Overview:

    The IT Support Specialist is responsible for providing technical support to employees of the company on various software and hardware issues by answering questions or resolving technical problems, in a timely and professional manner, to minimize the impact on operations.

    Responsibilities and Duties:

    • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues for users.

    • Escalate complex issues to IT management and technicians for timely resolution.

    • Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade computer hardware, software, and peripherals.

    • Collaborate with IT staff for the development, deployment, and maintenance of IT projects.

    • Provide technical support for video conferencing, telecommunication and audiovisual systems.

    • Maintain an inventory of all hardware and software assets.

    • Provide technical support and guidance to users on all company-supported software and hardware applications.

    • Respond and manage service requests via a ticket system, email, or phone.

    • Provide training to end-users on the use of company supported software and hardware applications.
