-Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator;
-Solid understanding of HTML/CSS with demonstrated ability to read, write, and modify code;
-Proven graphic and web design skills, with a portfolio showcasing work in various formats and styles;
-Strong understanding of UX and best practices, and ability to propose UX improvements;
-Knowledge of advertising industry standards and best practices would be beneficial.

Championing Creative Excellence: as the Head of our Creative Lab, you'll ensure that every advertising demo is exceptional, captivating both our clients and sales teams. Your role will be to inspire and elevate the Creative Lab team, continually pushing the highest standards of Invibes' creative style and execution excellence.

Creative advice for the sales teams: take the lead on providing creative support for the sales teams and key clients. Master the client creative solutions to recommend the best adaptation of client branding into our in-feed formats. Suggest and distribute best practices, case studies, and creative pitches to our sales teams. Aim to enhance their understanding of Invibes' unique advantages, securing new and retaining existing clients.

Team Leadership: lead and mentor a team of designers, ensuring timely production of top- quality ad demos. Your focus will include training, quality assurance, task management, and upholding Invibes' quality standards.

Uplifting Creative Lab Performance: identify and implement strategies to enhance the presence and performance of our Creative Lab designers, translating their work into impactful advertising campaigns.

Demo Platform Management: Oversees both internal and client-facing aspects of our Demo Platform (online demo galleries), ensuring a smooth process from demo request to presentation.
Collaborate with the Demo platform development team to ensure platform stability and advocate for UX/UI enhancements. Centralise product information for sales teams: handle all pre-sales inquiries and materials related to our products. Amplify the sales teams' understanding of Invibes' unique offerings to attract and retain clients.

Client Interaction: represent the client is the key client creative meetings when needed, guiding discussions on our creative services. Showcase our distinctive in-feed ad formats with compelling demos and innovative in-feed adaptation strategies for client creative assets.

Coordination with the Product Team: foster a strong relationship with the product team, providing them with aggregated and summarized feedback from markets. Suggest new product ideas and improvements based on this feedback.
