    • You have worked with Unix systems
    • You know one or more development languages (Java, C, perl, HTML etc.)
    • You have experience with DBMS as user (Create, execute and optimize queries - MySQL, Oracle etc.)
    • You are familiar with Project Management principles (it would be a plus)
    • You know the Internet technologies, networks
    • You have knowledge of clients' trades (electronic banking)
    • You have knowledge of regulations and standards (AFAQ, PCI)
    • Strong analytical mind with problem-solving skills
    • Flexibility and reactivity
    • Curiosity, creative thinking, initiative
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong sense of customer service
    • Advanced level of French and English (read, spoken, written)
    • Flexible schedule
    • Regular on-call duty at night and on weekends, outside opening hours
    • Higher education in Computer science
    • You have 2-4/5 years in a similar position

    Responsibilities

    Day-to-Day Responsibilities

    • You validate the functional specifications and technical architectures addressed by the customer, together with development teams and technical experts
    • You oversee the implementation of the services
    • You participate in the development of the offers and services by providing recommendations on new functionalities or whether to upgrade to a different system or not
    • You manage the incidents and changes with the business and production teams in due time
    • You implement and monitor the corrective actions
    • You follow-up and offer customer support in relation with the customer manager
    • You handle the releases and checking if they are well implemented
    • You are a functional and technical expert in her/his domain of activities
    • You define the procedures to optimize RUN processes in collaboration with business teams: Dashboard Splunk / Service Level Agreement (SLA) / Reporting
    • You develop the necessary tools to monitor the service
    • You ensure PCI and 3D Secure compliance
