- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, or a relevant field.
- 2-3 years of proven work experience as an HR Specialist or HR Generalist.
- Strong knowledge of labor legislation and payroll processes.
- Good understanding of the full recruitment process.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English & Romanian.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Ability to work independently and in team.
1. Labour Documentation Support
Implement Personnel Administration Procedure.
Create/update company positions list.
Manage staff documents and ensure timely reporting.
Maintain confidentiality and organize labor-related documents.
Coordinate holiday planning.
Communicate with labor regulation consultants.
Liaise with state authorities for issue resolution.
2. Payroll Activities
Work with payroll providers for monthly payroll preparation.
3. Recruitment and Selection
Collaborate on identifying hiring needs.
Support in managing the employment life cycle.
Administer selection processes.
4. Learning and Development
Assist in designing and organizing training.
Support performance review and promotion exercises.
Assist in communicating organizational policies.
Present information to stakeholders.
Participate in meetings and training sessions.
