Order Management with French

SwiconGroup is one of the leading members of the IT arena for almost a decade, since 2017 present also in Romania.

We are looking for employees who speak French and English for large IT companies (minimum level B2 for both languages).
The salary is between 4500 and 5000 RON net and also includes a language bonus.
Advanced knowledge of French and English. (written and spoken)
Ability to communicate in a B2B environment
Previous experience in a customer and/or support oriented environment
A university degree may be an advantage
1 to 3 years' experience in a similar role

You will need to understand complex cross-functional business problems and focus on solving them.
You will work in one of the following areas: Customer Operations, Sales Support, Order Management, Contract Management, Logistics, Pricing
You will use internal policies to ensure internal regulations and audit requirements are met
You will manage customer stock to ensure appropriate action is taken to provide support
You will deal with all claims, exceptions and previous claims within your jurisdiction
You will co-ordinate requests received from customers and ensure that the task is completed in accordance with agreed procedures and within established timescales
