    Experienta de minim 2 ani intr-o pozitie de HR Generalist (ideal intr-o fabrica de productie);
    Limba engleza nivel mediu;
    Excel nivel avansat.


    Colaborarea cu echipa de recrutare, oferirea de feedback catre candidati si completarea bazelor de date interne;
    Responsabil cu urmarirea si verificarea existentei fiselor de post;
    Responsabil de procesul de integrarea in primele 3 luni de la angajare a personalului blue si white collar;
    Responsabil cu planificarea cursurilor pentru personalul din divizie conform Qualification Matrix si a planului de scolarizare;
    Oferirea de suport catre management in stabilirea necesarului de training si crearea si dezvoltarea de materiale de training;
    Centralizarea datelor referitoare la eficienta cursurilor si lectorilor;
    Responsabil de procesul de evaluare al angajatilor prin: urmarirea realizarii evaluarii anuale a performantelor, centralizarea datelor obtinute in urma evaluarii si oferirea de suport in situatii de conflict;
    Responsabil de procesele de cercetare disciplinara;
    Verificarea pontajului si acordarea de suport operatorilor de pontaj;
    Actualizarea dosarelor de personal ale angajatilor si a organigramelor;
    Executarea altor activitati hotarate de HR Manager, urmarind si raportand indeplinirea acestora;
    Realizarea rapoartelor lunare privind indicatorii urmariti in Policy Deployment si Action Plan.
