We'll feel a connection if you have:
-Proficiency in Romanian, fluency in English
-Experience in project coordinating or taking part in the project launch, highly preferably in a startup environment.
-KPI-oriented analytical mindset which allows you to achieve great results.
-Strong presentation and negotiation skills enabling you to interact effectively with external stakeholders at senior and executive levels.
-Strong business acumen preferably combined with a marketing or sales background, with the ability to quickly understand course ideas -and their value and communicate them to a broad audience.
-Preferable basic knowledge of marketing, funnel analytics, lead generation.
-Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
-Strong organizational and time-management skills.
-Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
-Passion for education and a desire to make a positive impact on the world.

Nice to have but not obligatory:
-Project Management experience.
-Experience in educational online events, projects.
-Experience in Marketing or/and creative fields (design, copywriting).

What will be on your task list:
-Plan, coordinate, and manage projects (online course launches) from start to finish, ensuring that all deadlines are met and that the project stays within budget.
-Work closely with the content production, marketing and sales teams to ensure that our courses are compelling, effective and successful on the market.
-Collaborate with the creative teams to ensure that our courses are visually appealing and efficient.
-Work with the IT team to ensure that all technical aspects of the course are implemented successfully.
-Take part in lecturers search, conduct negotiations with them about our collaboration
-Monitor course development, the flow of the launched course, and identify any potential issues that may arise.
-Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate project updates to all relevant parties.
-Moderate course retrospectives to identify areas for improvement and integrate desired changes to enable continuous improvement.
