We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented IT Recruiter to join us in Bucharest or Sibiu. You will be part of a dynamic team composed by 7 colleagues in which team spirit, trust and entrepreneurship are going hand in hand. Ideal candidate:
• Ideally previous work experience in IT Recruitment;
• Excellent communication and organizational skills;
• A growth mindset and truly flexible. You can shift tasks and priorities when circumstances change;
• Self-discipline, results-driven attitude and autonomy;
• Excellent verbal and written English skills;
• Open to new ideas and alternative approaches;
• Enjoy interacting with people and communicate information in a clear and persuasive manner;
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Economics, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.

• Perform end-to-end recruitment for various IT & Embedded positions;
• Conduct rigorous phone interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and qualifications;
• Closely collaborate with hiring managers to define hiring profiles, develop and execute an effective sourcing and recruiting strategy;
• Sourcing and attract potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct sourcing;
• Monitors the job market movements and proposes recruitment strategies accordingly;
• Being involved in Digital marketing campaign for our recruitment projects, using a mix of specialized tools and channels;
• Source and attract candidates by using job boards and Social Media;
• Permanently updates the database and ensures an efficient pipe of candidates;
• Establish working relationships with universities to recruit and build a pipeline of qualified talent;
• Attend job fairs and other recruiting events.
