    Cerinte

    • Bachelor Degree
    • 1-3 years relevant experience with related, fast-growing, multi-national company
    • Confident navigating situations with exposure to confidential and sensitive information requiring discretion and good judgment
    • Proactive and able to foresee the office needs
    • Punctual, professional, flexible, and pleasant
    • Strong Excel, time management and planning skills so that work is prioritized and strict deadlines met even when faced with outside distractions
    An excellent knowledge of English (both written and oral)

    Responsabilitati

    • Engage with all operational functions (Facilities, HR, R&D, Marketing etc.) to resolve issues around spend request approvals, PO and invoicing issues as they arise
    • Manage and answer vendor queries in an organized and prompt manner, manage overall office maintenance and front office/reception area (seeing to couriers, delivers, etc)
    • Perform monthly budgeting forecasting, ad hoc reporting, general administrative duties including filing, office supplies, equipment maintenance, photocopying etc. and other duties as assigned
    • Handle daily incoming and outgoing post and the shipping of parcels while maintaining health and safety processes on site to ensure legal compliance
    • Arrange reservations for conference rooms/WebEx/international line reservations and communicates details to participants
    • Monitor and review current cleaning contracts and go out to tender as and when required, monitor stationery stocks and supplier contracts and ensure the continuation of best deals for the business
    • Assist G&A Functions and management teams with any administration requirements they may have and support site management team in organizing internal events as required
