Automation Engineer

We are looking for an Automation Engineer to join our Randstad team in a challenging project
in Bucharest - Grozavesti area (hybrid work model). In this role you be working on a project that
builds software applications that allow trains to safely and securely bring passengers to their destination.
These applications have high availability requirements, so they are not allowed to stall or randomly crash.

Requirements

 Good knowledge of at least one scripting or programming language (shell scripting for Unix or
Linux, perl, python, other);
 Comfortable working with UNIX / LINUX in command line;
 Experience with the Linux GNU Toolchain (make, gcc, gdb);
 Experience in software testing.(Write TCs, create test scripts, regression test)

Nice to have

 Experience working in JIRA or other defect tracking tools;
 Experience with versioning system (like ClearCase);
 Railway knowledge.

 Test of complex and safety-critical application software for the railway field, including:
o Specification of Test Cases on Requirements basis;
o Implementation of Test Cases for module test and subsystem test. Writing of
o test programs and test data;
o Automation of Test Cases;
o Execution of automated tests;
o Support of test environments, tools and simulation;
o Evaluation of the test output (coverage, traceability, progress);
o Test documentation;
o Test Report.
 The tests will be performed in close co-operation with experts from GTS AT/HU/RO;
