We are looking for a Python Developer to join our international team in an interesting internal project in the human resources field. In this project, you will be part of an international team composed of colleagues from Romania and Belgium and you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-performance AI application for recruitment field, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and implementing strong and scalable software solutions.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Python software development;
Strong proficiency in Python and its libraries;
Experience with web frameworks such as Django and Flask;
Experience with Generative AI is considered a plus;
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field;
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
Good communication skills;
Excellent English skills (written and spoken).

Develop and implement features within a recruitment platform;
Collaborate closely with a mixed team from different locations to ensure cohesion in the implementation stage;
Identify and efficiently resolve technical issues related to feature implementation;
Ensure compliance with security and performance standards throughout the development stages;
Identify and troubleshoot software defects and issues;
Perform debugging and performance optimization.
