    Requirements

    What will make you successful:

    2-3 years of previous experience in controllership or data analytics positions that supported strategic decisions

    Strong data analytics skills and understanding of relevant tools and systems

    Strong willingness and desire to learn new methods, approaches, tools, systems, relevant software etc. and comfortable with change and challenging timelines.

    Ability to facilitate and influence conversations with stakeholders

    Proficiency in the MS Office Professional Suite, including advanced Excel skills.

    Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills; fluent in English

    Ability to diagnose work flow problems and implement remedies

    Creative, problem solving approach to each initiative deployment and proven experience in successful project outcomes

    Experience working with ERP systems is an advantage

    Team Player - ability to work independently as well as in an International team environment

    Responsibilities

    What you will do:

    Lead and manage spend data analytics on various supply base categories, supporting with data meaningful conclusions and strategies regarding various aspects of Indirect Spend Management.

    Develop positive relationships with task owners and sponsors to facilitate data and facts driven strategies and purchasing decisions.

    Support analytics for project use and for finance approval for cost savings initiatives.

    Maintain specific reporting requirements in alignment with Project Tools requirements across over 50 entities

    Provide relevant reports for indirect purchasing team and Leadership by tracking and monitoring essential KPI's

    Support the Operational side & maintenance of new implementations

    Partner with peers in support of cross-functional initiatives and to collaborate on common management goals.
