    Skills we’d like :

    • Strong academic background, preferably a degree in finance/controlling, economics, management or related
    • over 2 years controlling experience in multinational environment (matrix organization in preference), with proven track record
    • Strong analytical and problem solving skills, Attention to detail
    • Strong desire to learn and proactive
    • Spirit of service, Team player
    • Good interpersonal and communication skills
    • Must be comfortable with managing complex data with heterogeneous level of quality
    • Ability to work under pressure and deal with short deadlines
    • Flexibility with changing priorities and adaptability to new process/organization
    • Full English proficiency, French would be a plus
    • Advanced Excel user. Knowledge of SAP and especially the SAP BusinessObjects Analysis for Office (AfO) would be a plus

    Responsabilitati

    Your day-to-day responsibilities include

    • Perform monthly cost analysis of Actuals vs Budget/Forecast/Last Year by function, entity and cost nature, with qualitative commentary obtained through proactive interactions with MS central controlling team and entity financial controllers.
    • Monitor workforce evolution (in & out movements, high cost/low cost, internal vs subcontractor etc.) and ensure its consistency with the business roadmap and WFM outlook
    • Prepare monthly dashboards/reports to the head of departments
    • Support MS Controlling on the budget/forecast process, which requires financial modelling of assumptions related to activity ramp-up, headcount evolution, synergies, scope changes etc.
    • Drive continuous improvement of data accuracy in the systems (WFM/HR database, SAP Clarity, project monitoring): identify incomplete or missing information/errors and ensure their timely correction, align KPI definitions etc.
    • Support the alignment of the project cost reporting across entities (Capex/Opex reporting methodology, time tracking requirements and tools)
    • Handle ad hoc requests of MS Controlling, head of departments and MS WFM
    • Foster an environment of collaboration, engagement, and dedication with the MS finance network and business (mainly CPO and CTOO but not limited to)
    • Other duties, as assigned (e.g. support on project controlling, WFM reporting, team member back up…)
