WHAT YOU BRING

• Experience in one or more of the SAP Data Management solutions: SAP S/4HANA Migration Cockpit, SAP DataServices, SAP SLT, SAP Cloud Integration for Data Services (CI-DS), SAP HANA Smart Data Integration (SDI),
• SAP Information Steward, SAP Data Intelligence – Integration & Orchestration;
• Strong programming skills on SQL and/or ABAP and/or Python;
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in: Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science or similar degree;
• Working experience in large landscapes, environments or customers;
• Well-developed Customer focus;
• Ability to work as a team player as well as independently;
• Ability to coach/mentor younger colleagues into delivering quality projects and consulting services;
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills (verbal and written);
• Analytical, results-driven and have a solution-oriented approach;
• Technical curiosity, innovative mindset and out of the box thinking;
• Proactive, flexible, with a “can do” attitude;
• Will to adventure and deep dive into new technologies.
• Fluent English, German/other languages are considered a plus.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

• Be actively involved in the preparation, conception, realization and Go-Live of Customer implementation projects
• Development and realization of strategic initiatives like migration, data quality and data integration as well as data
• Warehouse design, modelling and implementation for our customers
• Presales acumen, assisting in defining the scope of a project or opportunity, estimating efforts and project timelines
• Act as trusted adviser to our customers on technical topics
• Manage customer expectations and avoid any escalations
• Work on projects delivered across geographies and cultures
• Foster teamwork and collaboration mindset to promote knowledge sharing and ensure product adoption and consumption
• Constantly improve own work methods to gain state-of-the-art agile software engineering skills
• Drive initiatives and solve complex challenges with high level of quality, speed, reliability, and efficiency
