Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree/studies or vocational training in Technical field;
• Good knowledge of MS-Office and knowledge of analyze method, techniques, processes;
• TeamCenter and / or SAP knowledge;
• Advanced knowledge of English is a must, knowledge of German is an advantage;
• Communication and organizational skills, process oriented thinking, very good analytical and proactivity skills.
• Verifies and coordinates the product / process changes from plant perspective in collaboration with Change Manager according to the cost goals, due dates, quality requirements and central functions specific requirements;
• Responsible and coordinator for performed tests during implementation of the change (MCO);
• Monitors and tracks the KPIs and ECR/ECO for the change from Change Management perspective;
• Presents the Change Management process within TUV, customer and internal audits;
• Process partner in case of new projects;
• Provide support in setting up production plans.
