    Role profile
    This is dual responsibility role. The successful candidate in this role will provide executive support to of the LSEG Bucharest office and also act as on-site travel co-ordinator to support the colleagues of the LSEG Romania office. You will work with all levels of management within the Group and liaise extensively with other assistants externally and internally. The role requires an experienced, calm professional with good interpersonal skillsKey responsibilities

    o Diary management for assigned Executives/team members, organise internal and external meetings;
    o Provision of general and ongoing administrative and organisational support to team members as required
    o Dealing with incoming communication;
    o Ensure meetings are well-prepared in advance by liaising with attendees, organising venue and other requirements;
    o Building and maintaining strong working relationships both internally and externally;
    o Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management, filing, etc;
    o Tracking and processing of expenses;
    o Any other ad hoc tasks as may be required including "buddy" cover of peers where required;
    o First point of contact for team queries with an administrative focus.Travel Coordinator
    o Delivering a high-touch, end to end, executive level service. Global Travel Team members are required to research often complex itinerary options and ticket combinations and visas from any point of sale in the world in accordance with the Global LSEG Travel & Expense Policy and Guidelines. Team members must ensure the Group's Duty of Care is delivered, mitigating travel risks.
    o Monitoring and administering the legal obligation for Duty of Care to ensure that risk is mitigated as far as possible. Arranging bespoke requirements including physical security briefings, security transfers and accommodation where required.
    o Dealing with any in trip issues the traveller may encounter, itinerary changes and extensions to travel. Continuously and actively monitoring geo-political situations that may affect travellers.
    o The Global Travel Team are required to optimise cost savings, and to ensure most effective routes and ticketing are provided as appropriate.
    o Provision of travel bookings may be made in co-ordination with LSEG Executives, Executive Assistants, Corporate travel agency, and other suppliers associated with the end to end provision of business travel.

    Candidate Background
    o Similar experience in an administrative role; and
    o Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
    o Clear and well-articulated written and spoken English
    o Polished & professional. Communication & organisational skills are key.
    o Flexibility to work on shifts and extended working hours when required.
    o 3-4 years' experience as an Executive Assistant, relevant travel industry experience is a plusKey Skills
    o Ability to build and maintain relationships up to all levels both internally and externally;
    o Highly organised and able to prioritise effectively;
    o Excellent communication skills;
    o Resilience, tenacity and tact;
    o Able to liaise effectively; team player. Willing to learn and take direction;
    o Able to act as a credible representative for the executive(s);
    o Excellent MS Office and document creation skills;
    o Sound literacy and numerical skills;
    o Flexibility, discretion and ability to respect confidentiality at all times;
    o Appetite for hard work and dedication to work hours required of the role.
