Hungarian Bilingual Reactivation Sales Agent

What you'll bring:

You are a Hungarian native speaker & know one of the languages Italian/French/Romanian/Japanese/German/ Polish/Brazilian-Portuguese/Norwegian/ Swedish/ Finish at a C1 or C2 level;
Have a conversational level of English;
You are natural at engaging and leading conversations;
You are interested in sports and online casinos;
You have sales capabilities.

What you’ll be doing:

We are looking for a Hungarian Bilingual Reactivation Sales Agent to join our Sales Team in Bucharest, Romania.

In this role, you will be responsible for calling and engaging with inactive players in your native languages on behalf of our clients to promote their platforms and offers. This role is for you if you are interested in iGaming or sports. Either you are an expert in one or many of the iGaming verticals, or you are new to the industry. We will train and help you succeed in the role and become our next sales superstar.

Outbound calling (B2C) to inactive players;
Representing different casino and sportsbook brands;
Understanding players' needs and expectations;
Promoting current bonus campaigns, if applicable;
Introducing new games, features, payment methods, and any other relevant updates on iGaming platforms;
Reaching the goals and targets set together with your country manager;
Guiding players through the website, if necessary.
