You should have:
- Advanced level of French (speaking and writing) and medium level of English
- Fixed-term contract (end of October 2025)
- Availability to work on a full time schedule, Monday - Friday, 9:00 - 22:00, in shifts
- Ability to analyze a problem and provide viable solutions
- Gracious attitude in client service and efficiency in solving the problems
- Efficient use of resources for the effective exercise of the activity
- Attention to detail
- Good general IT-Knowledge in the area of web-based applications and technologies used in that area
Job description:
- Offering best level customer support or debt collection assistance for French clients via phone or e-mail
- Assist French end-clients of a local auto insurance company
- Review and interpret customer information in a variety of systems and apply that information to resolving the customer's inquiry
- Balance customer service considerations with the exercise of efficiency with respect to time and call control
