• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or relevant disciplines;
• 5 years of professional experience in purchasing/procurement and/or contracting a wide variety of services, preferably within Procurement Department in a FMCG or Retail company;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point) and purchasing software (e.g. SAP Ariba or similar procurement tool);
• Fluent English is a must;
• Good analytical and strategic thinking and negotiation skills;
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate at all levels.
• Manage the development and negotiation of contracts with key suppliers - legal terms and conditions, commercial terms, and strategic pricing (SLA, payment terms etc.);
• Evaluate suppliers, identify of strategic cost saving opportunities, negotiate contracts, source new suppliers, and ensure the Company’s purchases are cost-efficient and of high quality;
• Deliver complex projects from conception through implementation, including change management;
• Manage supplier relationship, providing equal opportunity, proper selection, evaluation, and feedback in line with local & PHOENIX group business strategies;
• Project owner for contract management software implementation (PR to PO);
• Prepare analyses of spend data, category supplier bases, and cost models and budget expenses.
