    Requirements:

    Graduate/Experience in Accounting/Economics;
    Exposure to Navision is an advantage;
    Previous work experience in BAAR / GL / RTR;
    • Good domain knowledge;
    PC literate in MS Office especially MS Excel, MS Word, PPT and exposure to ERP;
    Strong verbal/written communication and stakeholder management skills;
    Focused on process improvements;
    Hard Working/Willingness to stretch;
    Self-driven in problem analysis and solving;
    Ability to keep tight deadlines and good management of stress;
    Ability to prioritize and schedule workload.

    Responsabilitati

    Responsibilities:

    Process bank statements, cash flow forecast & variance reporting;
    Reconcile customer payments and collections;
    Raise invoices/debit/credit notes;
    Investigate and solve discrepancies;
    Customer reconciliation;
    Prepare ageing reports;
    Review aged debtor's, compute & book bad debts provisions;
    Manage customer credit limit;
    Customer Master management;
    Manage queries from the customer, or customer's partners;
    Process manual and automatic payments in specific banking tools;
    Reporting process & reconciliations;
    Support internal/external audit;
    Participate in testing and implementing new systems, projects or procedures;
    Prepare and update documentation as appropriate;
    Propose, drive and implement various / special projects and improvements;
    Assist with the implementation of company initiatives;
    Ad-hoc requests;
    Other MEC and reporting activities;
    Meeting targets, deadlines, SLAs;
    Keeps track of volumes and quality of deliverables and reports at appropriate levels;
    Create different reports, dashboards for Business / internal purpose;
    Acting as an escalation point for issues raised by the client. Ensuring the fast resolution of these issues
