Exciting news! We are thrilled to announce that Open4U internship, an OMV Petrom program has reached its 12th edition this year! Since its launch in 2012, over 900 students have been part of this amazing experience, sharing their enthusiasm and passion for learning with us.

This program offers the perfect opportunity for young generation to apply their knowledge and grow professionally. You'll get to explore the energy industry and get a taste of the business environment while getting familiar with OMV Petrom's areas of activity and organizational structure.

But that's not all! You'll also get to experience what your future career can look like under the guidance of one of our colleagues. We can't wait to meet young people who are motivated to learn, grow and take their first steps towards building a successful career. What criteria do you need to fulfill to be part of the program?

• Top of the class students: 100% rate of passed exams, minimum 8 as average grade – last year of study (certified by the University)

• Students from 2nd, 3rd, 4th BA year study or MA student

• Have advanced English skills

• Have digital competences

• Interest and passion for the energy field

What is the framework of the Open4U internship program?

• Academic background / domains: technical (mechanical, electrical, automation, geology, oil & gas, construction, architecture, chemistry, environmental protection, etc.), economic, legal, cybernetics, socio-humanistic, communication.

• Duration: 2-months internship program, July – August 2024

• Hybrid program: 8h/day; max 40h/week

• A monthly indemnity in the amount of 4.000 RON gross

• Locations:

- București, Petrobrazi Refinery;

- Constanța, Craiova, Berca, Buzau, Moinesti, Suplacu de Barcau (technical background)

• Shuttle provided on predefined routes.

• Assigned mentor, guidance during the internship
