ICAP Romania is recruiting for one of its clients: specialized in manufacturing and distributing complete secondary packaging systems, machines & packaging materials in Strapping.
The Sales Associate’s primary objective is to grow the sales (revenue and margin) of all the range of the Maillis group products in an assigned territory (Northern Romania) or market sectors by maintaining and growing existing customers and identifying and gaining new business. In specific cases, she/he will contribute to other Areas – subject to National Manager request – but it will not be his / her primary focus.
He/She will be responsible for grow sales (Revenue and Margin) through all Marketing Channels in his/her territory.
He/she should be experienced in value based pricing, solutions selling.
Knowledge of the packaging industry would be an advantage but not a pre-requisite. He/she should be experienced in value based pricing, solutions selling.
Personal Competencies
The right candidate must have a strong business acumen and hands on approach. Strong presentation, communication and intercultural skills are prerequisite. He/she should have experience in getting things done collaboratively. They must be fluent in English and must be comfortable users of ERP and CRM products. Knowledge of SAP CRM would be considered.
