    The Assistant Buyback manages the relationships with buyback agents in our retail partners network and supports the Buyback team with the operation part of the buyback process. He or she guides and supports the agents to ensure buyback programs work well, perform better, and keep high-quality standards. He or she will also ensure the settlement and follow-up of all devices until service and sale in shop or trade out

    • Previous experience in customer service or project management;
    • Good organizational skills and attention to detail;
    • Developed communication and interpersonal skills;

    • Optimism, sense of responsibility, and results-oriented thinking;
    • Eagerness to learn new things and, if applicable, to teach us new things;

    Responsabilitati

    What you’ll have to do:
    • Agent support: addresses escalated agent issues, provide support to resolve complex buyback inquiries, answer the Customer Support phone calls / inquiries with speed and professionalism
    • Sorting & management: sorting phones based on the partner, quality checks, administration of documentation, tables etc.
    • Continuous Improvement: identify areas for improvement within the buyback process from the retail force feedback, propose and implement enhancements, and stay updated with market trends and competitor activities
    • Retail Agent Relations: handles partner agents on all topics: from answering questions (including technical questions regarding defects of buyback devices), sending surveys, visits in the shops, one to one contact via phone/email
    • Materials & education: help the Buyback team in preparing the materials and e-learning tools for agents in order to understand and perform the buyback: including but not limited to e-brochure, videos and other e-learning tools to support the continuous development of the buyback knowledge with the partners retail teams
    • Training Programs: Assist and at a later stage conduct training programs for buyback agents, focusing on product knowledge, evaluation techniques, customer service, and process improvements

    Important to know:
    This is a full-time position with a competitive salary
    This role will work closely with the Commercial and Service teams so the way of working is from the office, with requests to work from home approved by the direct manager.
