BI Project Manager

Knowledge of Agile Methodologies is a must
First-level university degree
Mastery in English
Typically, 1-3 years of related experience (e.g., Business Analyst, Project Manager etc.)
Advanced communication skills
• Experience or certification in PMP, Agile Waterfall and Power BI can be a plus

• Coordinate, design and participate in comprehensive solution testing to ensure the highest quality of BI solutions
• Lead project teams through all stages of the Business Intelligence / Software Development Lifecycle
• Understand and document customer business requirements thoroughly
• Evaluate internal capabilities, solutions, and compliance requirements to propose solutions that align with customer needs
• Plan and drive discussions with customers and partners, ensuring timely delivery of agreed milestones
• Manage business-sensitive deliverables, interpret complex analyses and reports, and make informed recommendations and decisions
• Coordinate solution testing across relevant business scenarios and geographies, interpret results, and provide expert guidance to address any gaps
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate demand/supply management, business processes, and the manufacturing/delivery of products and services in compliance with company policy and country regulations
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement opportunities for business process improvements, effectively manage costs, integrate new and existing businesses, and adapt to changes in the business and regulatory environment

• Salary: 8500-9000 RON NET
