    Requirements

    Bachelor's degree (Management, Logistics, Production - an advantage)
    Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in supply chain, ecommerce, fulfillment, logistics
    Experience with delivery service providers
    Experience in a company that has developed and implemented an omnichannel sales strategy
    Involvement in developing omnichannel and fulfillment projects from scratch is advantageous
    Strong understanding of eCommerce, order processing, packaging, and transportation
    Excellent written and oral communication skills
    Good English language skills
    Advanced level of MS Excel proficiency
    Familiarity with warehouse management systems, stock management, data analysis, etc.
    Excellent organizational and time management skills with special attention to detail
    Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a dynamic environment with the need for rapid adaptation to changing priorities
    Strategic thinking with a focus on problem-solving, proactivity, and solution orientation.

    Responsibilities

    In this role, you will:

    Oversee inbound and outbound processes to ensure that product delivery to customers is carried out under the best conditions and within agreed timelines.
    Ensure that all orders are processed correctly and in a timely manner.
    Monitor and resolve any operational issues to mitigate delays and errors that may arise within the fulfillment flow.
    Monitor and manage inventories to ensure stock availability; monitor and manage monthly reconciliations; understand the financial implications.
    Maintain contact with transport and delivery service providers.
    Supervise returns and refund processing.
    Monitor all transactions.
    Analyze performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement in the fulfillment flow.
    Collaborate with inter-departmental teams to implement process improvements and enhance operational efficiency.
    Monitor and maintain the viability of the eCommerce platform, in relation to our business partner, addressing any related issues to identify solutions.
    Collaborate with the client's team and delivery service providers to coordinate the fulfillment flow and manage any issues or requirements.
    Develop and document processes, procedures, and best practices related to the fulfillment flow.
    Risk management.
    Monthly and annual planning; prepare and deliver business reports and conclusions to the client focusing on achievements, challenges, and recommendations for optimizations.
    Maintain continuous contact with industry developments, competitor activities to bring innovation within the company and processes.
