Gi Group is searching for a Junior Project Lead for various European Space Agency`s Projects for it`s Client, company part of the Space Alliance, being one of the two main European Primes for satellite manufacturing.

Location: Piata Victoriei
Working modality: Presence in the office

Qualifications/Experience:

Degree in Automation/Electronic/Aerospace Engineering or equivalent;
Master degree is a plus.

Responsibilities / Duties:

Accountable for defining and leading the project, cutting across multiple channels, products, systems and departments, to time, budget, and scope from initiation through to completion;
Responsible for overall integrity and coherence of the projects and executing the projects vision, mapping all initiatives and taking accountability for all dependencies and alignment;
Runs a high performing, collaborative, delivery team, who may be directly managed or matrix managed, guiding and motivating the project team members;
Drives the delivery of the project through active management ensuring milestones are met to time, cost and quality;
Ensures overall integrity of the project and compliance to Standards;
Monitors performance of the projects in the portfolio to enable tracking of the strategy execution;
Possesses understanding of frameworks (. Waterfall/Agile) and methodologies (. Prince2);
Maintains strong relations and works closely with stakeholders and external partners in order to ensure alignment with the broader commercial objectives of the business;
Works closely to various project teams to fill the required project documentation;
Maintain the projects schedule / propose solutions to surpass the delays;
Prepares tender technical proposals, plans, schedule and specific documents including compliance with the applicable norms, legislation, procedures, ESA safety rules, quality insurance procedures and quality management system procedures as well as their adherence to the project requirements, budget and schedule.
