Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, construction management, or related field;
Proven experience in project management within the renewable energy sector, particularly PV projects;
Excellent Romanian and English language – written and spoken;
Strong technical expertise in renewable energy systems and construction processes;
Excellent budgeting and estimation skills, with the ability to prepare offers and present technical calculations to clients; Demonstrated ability in contract management, including negotiation and oversight of subcontractors;
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple sites and coordinate logistics effectively.

Participating and being responsible for the overall project management stages - design, supply of components, and materials and construction;
Conducting site visits and assessing the technical feasibility of constructing a specific PV project;
Drafting the scope of work and estimating the respective project budget;
Preparing an offer and technical calculations and presenting them to the Client;
Managing contract negotiations, changing orders, and other agreements with the subcontractors and vendors, and overseeing all subcontractors’ work in all phases with daily presence on-site if necessary;
Coordinating with the Site Managers the delivery of equipment and materials on-site;
Monitoring the cost of construction and preparing reports at different stages of the project;
Conducting visits to the construction sites to ensure the scope/milestone is completed by the subcontractors and is accepted by the client;
Being responsible for submitting the final acceptance protocols, certificates, and other documents related to receiving the final payment from the client;
Effective management of multiple sites and respective Site Supervisors/Managers;
Being actively involved and responsible for the preparation of project documentation;
Creating reports on the progress;
Preparing milestone protocols and respective completion documentation.
